We are a group of computer specialists, classroom teachers and parents who are dedicated to improving the use of technology in schools and homes.  We have been creating and using challenging, curriculum-based technology lesson plans since 1984.   Over 400 Schools and Homes across the nation enjoy teaching and learning using our curriculum and lesson plans. We are very confident we will be able to help you too!

My name is Fred Suchy - owner of Technology Solutions for Schools.  I have been a "Technology Integration Specialist" in K-8 Grade Schools for the past 25 years.  During that time I have focused all my efforts on teaching students and teachers to use technology as a tool in areas of the regular curriculum.

Did you know that one of the very best activities for Preschool-2nd grade children is free?  Take a few minutes and visit the Kindersite.  Imagine your 3-5 year old using “Feed Freddy” for the 1st time as they reinforce counting, color, shape, matching skills and learn to use a mouse.

K-2 Curriculum-Based Computer Lesson Plan:  Use activities on Kindersite as a reward for completing our “Word Skill Lessons” or "ABC in Word" project. You will never see young children more motivated to learn to type their names, numbers and the alphabet!

Our "Technology Integration Kit" provides all the resources you need for a Curriculum-Based, Integrated Technology Program.  Our materials are ideal for the teacher that "doesn't always have enough time" to plan meaningful, challenging, curriculum-based technology projects.

What is the very best program for teaching students in grades 3-8 World Geography?  Without a doubt the answer is Map Puzzles. Try it yourself - you will get hooked.  Then show it to your son, daughter or student. Have some fun – record the fastest time, then provide recognition and rewards.

3-8 Curriculum-Based Computer Lesson Plan: Use Map Puzzles along with our “50 States Presentation” project to provide several comprehensive, curriculum-based lessons.

Our teaching approach mixes hard work with fun.  Our lessons introduce and develop the use of Word Processing, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, Internet Research and more - all following a progression of K-8 Technology Skills

Do you know the best way to motivate your Junior High students to become better, more accurate, and faster searchers?  Use the online version of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” that lets your students stop the clock and then use the Internet to research the answers.

6-8 Curriculum-Based Computer Lesson Plan: Use our Research-Report or Research-Present (70's Bands) Projects to guide 6-8 students in mastering Research Skills with both Word Processing and PowerPoint. As students complete each part of the project let them “try to become a millionaire”. Searching was never so much fun!

With our classroom ready materials you need to take just 3 simple steps to provide your students with challenging, curriculum-based Technology Projects using little or no "prep time":  1) Review the Brief Lesson Overview & Plan, 2) Copy-Distribute Student Hand-Outs & Rubrics, 3) Follow the Step-by-Step Procedures to teach the lesson.

It is really that simple!
